How to CALM DOWN
How to CALM DOWN too much THINKING
(usually being accompanied with negative feelings)
WHAT I HAVE SEEN?
Well, that there is IN FACT NOTHING TO DO about it
but for NOTICING it,
something like ACCEPTING it, oh well, I’m thinking a lot now – and that itself may be very helpful and healing. 🙂
And being KIND and gentle TO OURSELVES, anytime, and in such moments especially,
and being grateful for seeing and noticing even small things around us that go well or are just nice and fine by itself – FEEL and follow those BEAUTIFUL FEELINGS 🙂
And the more we can see and notice them,
the more they seem somehow miraculously occure in our lives,
And what if it’s a simple truth and fact – how our lives work?
As SYD BANKS says in his book The MISSING LINK:
‘It is what we humans put into our thoughts that dictates what we think of life.
Positive thoughts create a healthy mind and a stable life. Optimism is a spiritual quality and a guiding light that will lead you to your happiness.
Pessimism, on the other hand, is a disease of the human thought system that leads the thinker into the darkness of despair. Negative thoughts create negative feelings, which in turn create negative behaviors and are the seeds of human suffering.
As you sow, so shall ye reap.’
And if it sounds interesting, you can talk about it, and share anything related to that with me

Everyone is welcomed – and it’s for free.
